Welcome to use ZS-6 series automatic bobbin winding machine. This series of machines is a special equipment for automatic winding of bobbin thread for thick sewing machines. 使用說明：
本機器操作簡單，在使用前請仔細閱讀說明書，在完全了解本機器的性能和操作程序的前提下，正確使用本機器。

1、安裝注意事項本機電源為AC220V、50HZ，功率約為40W。
1. Installation precautions: the power supply of this machine is AC220 V, 50 Hz, and the power is about 40 W.
2、注意：ZS-6自動底線繞線機所有開關、線路均有220V電壓，在斷電之前絕不能拆裝機器，機身必須接地。

3、ZS-6自動底線繞線機不可使用不同規格的梭芯（每次只能放入同種規格的梭芯，如混雜放入、機器可能出現故障）。

4、放入落料盤中梭芯的數量80只，請注意不要超出設定量，不然會出現故障。

5、必須使用不變形的合格梭芯，否則底線不能繞在梭芯上。

6、報警紅燈亮表示：盤中的梭芯用完，或線已用完，這時機器停止運轉。只需加入梭芯，或換上新線機器可恢復正常工作。

7、梭芯繞線量的多少可調節壓線簧片、螺絲，使簧片高低來完成繞線量的多少。理想的繞線量是所用梭芯的80%為好。
